Road Trip Continued
Accomplishments:
1. We have drafted an “idea book” of which product types & how much of
each would be recommended for specific challenges – a great tool for
health professionals with private club membership. And, on the last
day of the trip, we found that the Spanish local team had a similar
book which will be translated to English and merged with ours for both
languages. We will do similarly for powerpoints and reference tools
2. We designed & requested a special starter pack for our team and got
support from leaders in the corporation and in the field. This pack
would offer savings and rebates on the specific 3 pilot products, with
additional rewards for buying this special pack. The pack will also
carry a generous sponsor bonus and Dick has chipped in additional
incentives for those who get it to earn “baskets” of extra products
from him.
3. We made a plan for a more technical brochure to include our 3
chosen products for our team, English & Spanish.
4. We set a date of Wed Nov 28, 9:30pm eastern for a teleconference
or webinar w/Dick & hopefully Dr. Gabbert, perhaps Dr. Romero (who
will speak in Los Angeles Jan 19, where we may have a health
professional special meeting also). This session will be a prototype
for a proposed January “tele-convention” for 3-4 hours videocast
across the world with great speakers on the product and the business.
It may be same time as Dr. Romero visit.
5. We prepared cover letter to accompany our final data capture form
to get out to everyone (English & Spanish) for pilot start 11/15.
6. We obtained English & Spanish copies of the book Healing Secrets
From Within by Dr. Jack Tips and included it in the special starter
pack mentioned in # above.
7. We met & got support from: Gorka Buces (top member in company from
Miami), David Block (corporate Senior VP Sales from MN), Dick
Herrboldt (top US member from MN), Dick said owner Russ Hall committed
$100,000 special bonus to all new members who achieve Diamond status
within two years!
8. We requested and obtained enhanced “bonus” features that our
generous sponsor will be giving to those who choose the larger pack
with all the savings. This will enhance the savings and give exposure
to the products not officially in the pilot.
9. We set up a simple, duplicatable checklist for new members and a
process to help them get started and qualified for rebates.
10. We got advice from Leonel and also Ernesto on a draft plan to
review with Gorca after the trip, targeted for latter Novermber.
11. We participated in a Monday night open meeting at the Enzacta
pickup center in Los Angeles, with Dr. Juanita as the guest speaker.
12. We met with people in the area who want to be a part of our team
and utilize the new Express value pack.
13. We did a teleconference with initial team members from October to
discuss upgrading and autoships. Later that day we did a
teleconference with their prospects. Both were recorded.
14. We agreed to have a booth and one or more speaker slots at the
Long Beach Health Freedom Expo in early March and the Chicago Health
Freedom Expo in early June.
15. We set up a tentative date in early December to meet with Dr
Gabbert and launch our new Chicago team of health professionals.
16. We did 3way calls with key leaders and are connecting them with
others in their areas.
